Role: Assistant Finance Business Partner

Location: Hybrid Working - London

Rate: 350 to 450 per day (depending on experience)

Duration: 3 to 6 months

Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting for an Interim Assistant Finance Business Partner to support our Local Authority client. This is a crucial role within the structure, allowing the successful applicant to add real value to the existing team during a critical time of year.

Key responsibilities of the Assistant Finance Business Partner:

• Budget monitoring
• Assisting with Closedown
• Variance Analysis
• Stakeholder Management
• Matching budgets to actuals
• Reconciliations
• Collaborating with budget holders
• Producing financial reports and forecasts.

The successful Assistant Finance Business Partner will have the following skills and attributes:

• Advanced Excel skills
• Desirable: experience with Oracle system
• Local Authority experience at Assistant Finance Business Partner level
• Must be task-oriented
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Part Qualified or working towards a full qualification.
