A leading UK insurance firm is seeking a Complaints Investigator with strong expertise in Residential/commercial property insurance. You will be responsible for handling, investigating, and resolving customer complaints in line with regulatory requirements, ensuring fair outcomes and maintaining the firm s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Investigate and resolve complaints related to commercial property insurance policies.

  • Ensure all cases are handled in line within insurance regulations and company policies.

  • Liaise with internal teams, brokers, and external stakeholders to gather information and resolve disputes efficiently.

  • Communicate clear, fair, and well-reasoned decisions to customers.

  • Identify trends in complaints and contribute to process improvements.

  • Prepare regulatory reports and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in complaints handling/investigation within the insurance sector.

  • Strong knowledge of commercial property insurance policies, claims, and underwriting principles.

  • Familiarity with insurance regulations and consumer protection laws.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases efficiently.
