A leading UK insurance firm is seeking a Complaints Investigator with strong expertise in Residential/commercial property insurance. You will be responsible for handling, investigating, and resolving customer complaints in line with regulatory requirements, ensuring fair outcomes and maintaining the firm s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities :

Investigate and resolve complaints related to commercial property insurance policies.

Ensure all cases are handled in line within insurance regulations and company policies.

Liaise with internal teams, brokers, and external stakeholders to gather information and resolve disputes efficiently.

Communicate clear, fair, and well-reasoned decisions to customers.

Identify trends in complaints and contribute to process improvements.

Prepare regulatory reports and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Key Requirements

Proven experience in complaints handling/investigation within the insurance sector.

Strong knowledge of commercial property insurance policies, claims, and underwriting principles.

Familiarity with insurance regulations and consumer protection laws.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases efficiently.
