Compliance Manager | London Market Broker | London/WFH | £75 - 90,000 (doe)

Finitas are delighted to be partnering with a growing London market broker in their search for a Compliance Manager. This is a newly created role due to good company growth and you will be reporting into the Chief Operating Officer working in a standalone compliance role.

You will be supporting the COO with governance and embedding and developing compliance within the business. This is a wide ranging role which will cover all aspects of compliance - embedding policies & procedures, providing compliance advice & guidance, regulatory projects, financial crime, training, risk management, delegated authority and more.

Experience requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of compliance regulations specific to Lloyd's and the London Market.
• Minimum 5 years experience compliance experience.
• Must have strong working knowledge of wholesale insurance practices and frameworks.
• Proven track record in embedding and managing compliance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of FCA regulations, Lloyd's requirements, and governance processes.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels including senior stakeholders.

Please note this role is 2 days working in their London office.
