What You'll Be Doing:

• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Supporting senior analysts with market and business performance analysis
• Interpreting financial data to provide insights and recommendations
• Conducting variance analysis and identifying trends
• Working with key stakeholders across departments to gather and analyse data
• Learning and using financial tools such as Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems

What We're Looking For:

• A degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
• Work experience or internship in finance is a plus but not essential
