What You'll Do* Conduct market, competitor, and client research to guide global product strategy* Evaluate and recommend enhancements or new offerings based on market and client insights* Collect, validate, and analyze data to inform product development decisions* Present findings and recommendations to senior management to shape strategy* Maintain deep knowledge of investment products and industry trends to anticipate opportunities* Manage cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution, ensuring strategic alignment* Build internal and external relationships to enhance research and strategic outcomes

What You Bring* Experience in Asset Management or Investment Management is essential* CFA designation is highly desirable* Strong experience conducting market, competitor, and client analysis* Proven ability to inform and shape product strategy* Hands-on experience developing or enhancing investment products* Knowledge of Fixed Income, Equity, or Multi-Asset investment product
