Senior Finance Consultant - Strategic Finance Transformation

Location: Hybrid UK (with client travel) Type: Permanent

Are you a qualified finance professional with consulting experience and a passion for transformation?

We're looking for a Senior Consultant to join a growing advisory team helping CFOs and finance leaders improve performance, unlock value, and deliver business-critical transformation programmes.

What you'll do

• Lead finance transformation and performance improvement projects.
• Design planning, forecasting, and performance management solutions.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to solve complex business challenges.
• Deliver actionable recommendations backed by data and analysis.
• Support business development and contribute to winning new work.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.

What we're looking for

• Management consulting or advisory experience.
• Strong finance transformation, planning, forecasting, or operating model expertise.
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification (or nearing completion).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach to problem solving.
