I am recruiting for a Senior Payments & Commercial Lead to work on a hybrid basis - 2 days in London, 3 days remote.

The role falls inside IR35 so you will need to work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract.

You must have strong experience in payments, fintech, commercial payments, partner economics, payment strategy, consulting, commercial analysis, or a related field.

Strong analytical capability, including experience working with data, identifying trends, building models, and turning analysis into actionable business insight.

You will need a good understanding of payment economics, pricing, payment flows, commercial performance drivers, and payments-related business models.

You will lead and contribute to analytical and strategic work across payments-related topics, including partner economics, pricing, payment flows, commercial performance, and product adoption.Analyse data, identify trends, and translate complex findings into clear insights, recommendations, and decision materials.

You will also support commercial and financial modelling to assess opportunities, business cases, partner economics, and potential P&L impact.

You will have experience of applying payments to help evaluate commercial opportunities and support decision-making across priority FinTech Commercial Partnerships initiatives.
