Are you a highly organised and self-motivated Tax Analyst with a keen eye for detail? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at working to tight deadlines? We are recruiting for a rapidly growing IT group with Time Magazine named them as Time 100 Most Influential Companies list. This is a 6 12-month full-time contract. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our Global Tax and Compliance Function, assisting Indirect Sales Manager and Sales Tax team to ensure global tax compliance.

In this role, you will:

• Assist with monthly/quarterly sales tax returns, including report generation and ensuring timely and accurate submission.
• Liaise with payment providers to make payments to tax authorities and confirm receipt.
• Review and process monthly sales tax adjustment journals.
• Help resolve queries related to global sales tax and UK VAT.
• Manage and respond to Creator invoices and queries via our customer service portal.
• Provide support for bookkeeping, ad-hoc administrative tasks, and during month-end processes.
• Contribute to identifying and implementing new system processes.
• Assist with VAT audit data information requests.

What we're looking for:

• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel, Outlook and Word.
• An ability to work to tight deadlines and flexible in approach.
• A keen desire to continuously learn and develop existing skillset.
