  • Lead and manage all aspects of facilities operations, including statutory compliance, hard services, vendor performance, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Direct workplace projects from infrastructure upgrades to space optimisation and internal moves delivering them to scope, budget, and governance standards.
  • Analyse data and implement KPIs to inform decision-making and improve efficiency across areas like space usage, energy, safety, and vendor performance.
  • Act as the subject matter expert in technical services, particularly MEP, supporting asset management and forward maintenance planning.
  • Foster a collaborative and compliant safety culture while managing relationships with suppliers, managing agents, and internal stakeholders.
Your Skills To be successful in the role of Workplace Manager, you ll bring:
  • Solid experience in workplace or facilities management, with a strong understanding of hard services and statutory compliance.
  • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional projects, change initiatives, and technical service delivery.
  • Strong data analytics and technology skills (e.g. CAFM, BMS, energy management tools), with a passion for data-led decision making.
  • Experience in supply chain management, including RFPs, contract negotiation, and vendor performance tracking.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and excellent communication skills to work across departments and influence senior stakeholders.
