A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Finance Analyst - Capex to join a fast-growing FMCG / Logistics based in Central London. This role would suit an experienced financial modeller, with previous CAPEX experience currently working in an FMCG, Property or Logistics environment where there is a strong focus on complex operational industries. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage strategic Capex projects from initiation through to execution and review.
  • Develop and present robust financial models and forecasts to support high-impact business decisions.
  • Build and maintain cost models and performance dashboards to drive transparency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate across departments to align financial planning with technology and business priorities.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities, manage risks, and deliver clear, actionable insights.
  • Help shape budgeting and forecasting processes with a data-driven, results-oriented mindset.

Requirements:
  • CIMA / ACA Qualified or Equivalent
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and financial modelling.
  • Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Experience in analysing and forecasting costs, with a focus on cost optimization.
