We are now looking for an Awards for All Grants Officer to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 35 hours per week. The Role As an Awards for All Grants Officer, you will support parishes throughout the Diocese to gain funding through the National Lottery's Awards for All scheme. Managing the entire grant application process for the scheme, you will provide guidance to enable parishes to apply for grants of up to £20,000. These projects will help parishes unlock vital funding that bring people together, transform community spaces, help individuals and support those most affected by the cost-of-living crisis. Taking the lead for the scheme, you will support with bid writing, proactively recruit parishes for funding, and build strong, lasting relationships with Priests and other key stakeholders. You will also promote other funding opportunities, closely monitor, evaluate and report on fundraising success and driving improvements that make our funding systems smarter, stronger and more impactful. About You To be considered as an Awards for All Grants Officer, you will need: - Experience in bid writing, project reporting, and managing multiple priorities - Strong communication and presentation skills - A proactive and collaborative approach with the ability to build relationships and motivate others The closing date for this role is 23rd April 2025 at 12pm.
