Bid Coordinator

Great opportunity for a Bid Coordinator to work for multi-million turnover Tier 1 Main Contractor in London, and progress within the business. This role has become available due to a continuing increase in workload, the business is currently the busiest on the market.

About the role of Bid Coordinator

As the Bid Coordinator you will be working in the Pre-Construction team, reporting to the Pre Construction Manager, and working alongside the Proposal Coordinators, Bid Manager, and Proposal Manager. You will be helping with tender PPQ's, overseeing the creation and submission of bids, supporting the bid team when required etc. The projects you will typically be working on will be valued up to 100m, working out of their Central London based office 4 days a week, 1 day working from home, following the probation period. This business covers the commercial, residential, mixed use, retail, education, hotels & leisure, data centres, health care sectors etc.

Requirements for Bid Coordinator

  • Minimum 3 years experience in bids/proposals in the construction industry
  • Construction background
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure / tight deadlines
  • Worked for a Main contractor
