This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Bricklayers and Labourers to contribute to a new brickwork restoration project. The role offers 8.5 paid hours per day and requires individuals with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the necessary certifications. Responsibilities Bricklayer:
- Perform high-quality brickwork restoration on the assigned project.
- Ensure all work is completed to industry standards and project specifications.
- Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Assist the Bricklayer with daily tasks, including mixing mortar ("knocking up").
- Prepare and organize materials and tools for the Bricklayer.
- Support the team in maintaining a safe and efficient worksite.
- Carry out general labouring duties as required.
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Asbestos Awareness Certification.
- Previous experience in brickwork or construction (preferred).
- Strong understanding of health and safety practices on-site.
- Experience in brick restoration projects.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Start the day by preparing the worksite and ensuring all tools and materials are ready.
- Labourers will assist Bricklayers with mortar preparation and other support tasks.
- Bricklayers will focus on executing precise and high-quality brickwork restoration.
