About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our dynamic team for a high-profile commercial fit-out project based in Central London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical installations, team leadership, and ensuring the smooth delivery of electrical works within commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the electrical team on-site, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

• Must be good with QA

• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems in a commercial fit-out setting.

• Ensure that all electrical work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

• Liaise with the project management team to ensure project timelines are met and any issues are resolved promptly.

• Monitor and manage resources, including tools, equipment, and materials.

• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure the site adheres to health and safety standards.

• Provide technical support to the electrical team and assist with troubleshooting when necessary.

• Maintain accurate records of work completed and report progress to senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, preferably within commercial fit-out projects.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and industry standards (17th or 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations, City & Guilds).

• Experience with electrical testing, commissioning, and fault finding.

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

• In-depth understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites.

• Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.

Desirable:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.

• Previous experience working on commercial fit-out projects in London.

• A valid CSCS card and First Aid certification.
