Connect Grp UK are recruiting for a Electrical Supervisor on behalf of our client, a leading M&E company based in Essex. We are looking for an experienced individual with a strong background in commercial electrical works and site supervision to join a small yet dynamic team.

The role will ideally suit someone who is proactive, forward thinking with a desire to progress into project management. Typically the projects undertaken will be across London and the surrounding counties.

This is a long term freelance position with the opportunity for permanent employment.

Typically working hours are 7.30-16.30 / 45 hours a week.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Electrical Supervisor in the electrical sector.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Relevant certifications and qualifications in electrical installations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate electrical projects on-site to ensure timely completion.
  • Manage and supervise a team of electricians
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety standards.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of work and report on project status to management.
