We are currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced Electrician to join the reactive maintenance division of a well-established social housing provider. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, efficient electrical repairs and upgrades across both occupied and unoccupied residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out high-quality electrical repairs and maintenance to social housing properties, ensuring work meets the needs of tenants and complies with safety and regulatory standards, working in both occupied and vacant homes as required.
  • Use a PDA or mobile device to accurately complete timesheets, job sheets, and records detailing the work carried out and materials used after each visit.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other trades and departments as necessary to ensure timely and effective completion of repairs and maintenance tasks, maintaining clear communication throughout.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
  • 18th Edition
  • 2391 Inspection & Testing
  • City & Guilds Level 3
  • Basic DBS Check
