Location: Kingston-Upon-Thames

Working Hours per Week: 40 Hours

My client is currently looking for an Electrician to work in social housing properties. We are looking to recruit Electricians on their behalf to interview and start immediately. This role is based in and around the Kingston-Upon-Thames area.

Day to day work will consist of you going into occupied social housing properties and you will be doing reactive maintenance roles within these social housing properties. Being able to work alone or as a part of a team is essential as well. You will be supplied with a company van to get to and from properties as well as a fuel card.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Full UK Driver s License
  • Social Housing Experience
  • Relevant qualifications - 18th Edition (Essential), NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (Essential) and 2391 (Essential)
