A specialist, design-led MEP cost consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering complex public and private sector projects is seeking a confident MEP Project Surveyor to join their growing team.

The MEP Project Surveyor's Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced MEP Project Surveyor who wants to work across a broad and varied project portfolio, including major Government schemes, high-rise residential and retail developments, and emerging Data Centre projects (UK and abroad).

You'll be joining a dedicated MEP team of 16 Quantity Surveyors within a 22-strong consultancy, collaborating closely with Planners and Project Managers. Project values typically range from 3m to 120m+, offering the MEP Project Surveyor exposure to both new-build and complex refurbishment schemes.

The team operates on a flexible basis - most staff work 1 day a week in the office and 1-2 days on client sites, dependent on project needs.

The MEP Project Surveyor - Requirements

  • 3+ years MEP experience, ideally in a UK Consultancy environment
  • Relevant degree qualification
  • MRICS is highly desirable, but not essential - can help with chartership if desired
  • Ability to lead projects independently
