Role: Operations Manager - Social Housing Planned Works

Location: South London

Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 per annum (Permanent)

We're collaborating with a prominent property maintenance and refurbishment contractor in the search for an Operations Manager. This role involves overseeing the refurbishment division, specifically managing external planned works for properties spanning South London

As the Operations Manager, you'll lead a team comprising Project Managers, Site Managers, and RLOs. Your primary focus will be on executing Social Housing Refurbishment contracts throughout the region. We seek someone adept at liaising with local authorities and housing associations, with a track record of managing concurrent projects.

Your responsibilities will encompass the daily operations of your business unit, ensuring commercial and contractual performance, and maintaining client satisfaction.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive experience in Social Housing, particularly in planned works and refurbishments.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Ability to thrive in a client-facing role, managing deadlines under pressure.
  • Availability for travel across South London.
