Painter - Student Accommodation Refurbishment Location: Wembley, London Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm (8 hours paid) Rate: 20 per hour (CIS) Job Type: Temporary / Contract
Job Description:The role involves refreshing student accommodation ahead of the new academic year.
Duties Include:Painting and decorating student bedrooms and communal areas
Fixing minor surface issues (e.g. dents, scuffs, marks)
Ensuring a clean, tidy and professional finish
Adhering to health & safety guidelines on site
Proven experience in painting and decorating
Own tools and PPE
CSCS card preferred but not essential
Ability to commit to the full duration of the project
Consistent 8-hour paid days
Weekly CIS payments
