Exciting Opportunity for an experienced BMS Engineer to join an International Engineering Consultancy and take a leadership role in shaping innovative building management systems for cutting-edge Data Centre projects.

Job Description

We are partnering with a renowned International Engineering Consultancy to expand their Building Management Systems (BMS) team, focusing on the design and implementation of advanced BMS solutions for Data Centres.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing BMS strategies to optimize building operations and energy performance.
  • Leading the development of 3D BIM models and line diagrams for BMS systems.
  • Collaborating closely with architects, mechanical and electrical engineers, and structural teams to ensure seamless integration of BMS solutions.
  • Overseeing system optimization throughout the planning process to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Identifying and resolving BMS-related challenges during design and construction phases.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to on-site teams during execution and commissioning.

Requirements for the Role:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience, ideally with a focus on BMS design and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of local regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other relevant design and simulation tools.
  • Proven experience in leadership and project coordination within multidisciplinary teams.
