Quantity Surveyor - London & Essex

PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor for a medium sized main contractor based in London/Essex.

Our client cover commercial, education, hotel, retail & leisure and residential schemes from 2million to 100million+ in value.

Job role: Quantity Surveyor

Salary: 55k - 65k + package

Duration: Permanent

Location: London & Essex

Quantity Surveyor responsibilities:

• Prepare tender and contract documents
• Estimate material quantities, costs, labour, etc
• Undertake cost analysis
• Arrange payments and value completed works
• Liaising with client and running meetings

Knowledge and skills:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure ans use own initiative
• Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Management role
• Knowledge of construction and commercial awareness
• Main contractor commercial experience
