Job Role: Senior Building Surveyor Location: London Contract Length: Permanent Salary: 50,000 - 55,000 per annum Days in Office Required: Hybrid working

Panoramic Associates is currently working with a leading building and construction consultancy based in London to facilitate the appointment of a Senior Building Surveyor on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established consultancy that works across a variety of sectors, delivering high-quality building surveying services to prestigious clients. The role will focus on managing a diverse portfolio of projects, including condition surveys, dilapidations, and project management, with plenty of scope for professional growth and career progression.

Responsibilities of the Role: Leading and delivering building surveys, dilapidations, and contract administration across a variety of client projects. Managing and overseeing the technical aspects of projects from inception to completion. Providing expert advice on building defects, project specifications, and building regulations. Mentoring junior surveyors and supporting their development. Collaborating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget.

To be successful in the role you will have: MRICS qualification or equivalent. Previous Consultancy experience. Strong knowledge of building regulations, construction methods, and industry standards. Excellent client-facing skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships. Experience in project management and delivering a range of surveying services.
