Senior Commercial Manager - High-Rise Residential London Up to 125,000 basic

My well-established Construction Management is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join their construction team and take a leading role across a number of high-rise residential schemes, working closely with the client team and the different stakeholders. This is a lead commercial role and relevant construction experience would be required.

As a Senior Commercial Manager, you will have the fantastic opportunity to work on prominent reinforced concrete (RC) frame tower projects for a range of clients - from private developers to institutional investors. Most of these projects will be residential construction projects and if you have RC frame, high rise, residential project experience, we would be keen to speak with you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Overseeing commercial delivery across multiple high-rise residential projects nationwide
  • Acting as the commercial lead for this business unit, responsible for cost control, procurement strategies and contract management
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams
  • Reporting directly to the directors and playing a key role in strategic decision-making
  • Working closely with client-side and finance-driven stakeholders, ensuring their commercial interests are protected and delivered

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in a Senior Commercial Manager or Commercial Lead role within the residential sector
  • A track record of delivering high-rise RC frame projects
  • Strong client-facing skills and the ability to manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including financial institutions and investors
  • Background with a main contractor or developer is essential
  • Confident in commercial strategy, reporting, negotiation, and leadership of commercial teams

If you're looking for a commercially strategic role with strong client exposure and the opportunity to lead some of UK's most exciting residential builds, we'd love to hear from you.

Please note: Due to project demands, experience on high-rise residential projects and hands-on main contractor or developer-side background is essential. Unfortunately, we're unable to consider candidates without this.

We are also unable to provide work sponsorship for this position.
