We are excited to be working with a modern, innovative Building Services Consultancy, 25 strong, who are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their close-knit team. Having met and engaged with them, I can personally vouch for their amazing culture - everyone is genuinely supportive, and mentorship is deeply ingrained in how they help their team grow. It's the kind of place where your career can soar - with endless opportunities for growth, the sky's truly the limit here! Role Overview: As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you'll take the lead on a range of exciting projects, bringing your technical know-how and design flair to the forefront. You'll ensure that every project - be it a cutting-edge commercial build or a prison refurbishment is delivered to the highest standards, meeting, and exceeding client expectations.

You'll need a degree in Electrical Building Services Engineering (or something similar) along with 5+ years of experience in an Engineering consultancy. After chatting with the client, it's clear they're looking for someone who can successfully manage projects from start to finish. They pride themselves on trust and value the contributions their team makes to each unique project. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is a definite plus, as is experience with LV calculation software like Amtech. If you've worked on commercial projects and refurbishments (especially within prisons!) and have a strong understanding of Building Services Engineering and interdisciplinary design, this could be a perfect fit for you! The position stands outside IR35

Candidates will aslo undertake a BPSS security check

Project Lead 15m - 30m Projects Central London Cut & CarveAre you a Project Lead who's been running 15m - 30m+ sites? The Company Think Tier 1 build quality without the Tier 1 nonsense. All the tools, none of the tape. This contractor is backed by a well-funded parent company (the type that pays on time and doesn't do jazz hands every time someone says "procurement"). They've got all the toys in-house: demo, piling, superstructure, joinery, haulage - and actually finish jobs. Properly. Not "let's get practical completion and run"What you'll need to bring: Tier 1 experience - if you've made it through a pre-start meeting with 14 consultants and lived to tell the tale, that counts Either already a Project Lead, or a Project Manager who's basically running the show but still being patted on the head Stuck around long enough to see a job finished - not someone who updates their CV every time the kettle breaks. Have proper construction knowledge - not just fluent in buzzwords like "value engineering" and "project synergies" Can read a programme, challenge it, fix it, and not have a meltdown when the brickies disappear for two weeksWhat you'll be doing Running 300m jobs like they're yours (because they are) from breaking ground to cutting ribbons Taking responsibility without needing a committee to back you up Getting stuff built properly, safely, and on time - while fending off 800 "urgent" emails about what shade of grey the cladding is Leading from the front - boots on, not just boots in the back of the carWhat you won't be doing Filling in ten forms to order a skip Sitting in meetings where someone says "let's park that for now" and then drives off forever. If you've got the experience and the grit to handle projects that matter, I want to hear from you.Give me (Joshua French) a call on (phone number removed) or drop me an email at (url removed)>
