Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Mechanical Project Manager to join their dynamic Building Services division. Your Role as a Senior Mechanical Project Manager

As a Senior Mechanical Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of complex mechanical building services projects from pre-construction through to handover. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities of a Senior Mechanical Project Manager

• Manage all phases of mechanical building services projects, including planning, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
• Lead project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless coordination and execution.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site teams.
• Liaise with design teams and internal departments to resolve technical challenges.

What We're Looking for in a Senior Mechanical Project Manager

• Proven experience in managing mechanical building services projects, ideally within commercial, healthcare, or education sectors.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent understanding of mechanical systems, drawings, and specifications.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure.
• Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
