Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring commercial objectives are met.
- Deliver accurate monthly project forecasting and comprehensive commercial reporting.
- Manage commercial and health check reporting, ensuring precise month-end CVR submissions.
- Safeguard and archive commercial information according to industry standards.
- Monitor and manage project risks and opportunities while maintaining robust cash flow.
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure all commercial activities are conducted ethically and professionally.
- Qualifications: Degree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years commercial experience in utilities, infrastructure, or civil engineering sectors.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement documents, and contract law.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a confident, resilient approach.
- Commercial Awareness: Exceptional attention to detail and experience managing high-value projects.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in commercial management tools and software.
- Leadership: Proven ability to mentor and lead a team effectively.
- Salary: Up to £85,000 (DOE) + £6,000 car allowance.
