You require the following experience and skills:1. Experience of commercially managing projects circa 5m2. Experience with design & build form of contract3. Can take projects from procurement stage through to final account4. Can financially manage the contract both upstream and downstream.5. Can produce accurate cost reporting information.6. Resolve any potential disputes before they go contractual.7. Develop a strong working relationship with the client that could lead to repeat business.8.
