A growing and well-established Property business, based in Central London are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Working in a number of key sectors within the industry, including Commercial, they are well placed to capitalise on their growing reputation.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining an organisation founded on the principle of employing the very best people in the industry in order to uphold their impressive reputation.

About the role:

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Maintain key relationships with supply chain, clients and additional stakeholders
  • Ensure the project team achieve or exceed budgeted targets.
  • Identify potential disputes in a timely manner.
  • Price and effectively agree project variations.

Projects are likely to be largely Commercial based projects based in the London area

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a respected business and will be allocated major projects due to start imminently.

About the requirements:

  • The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor needs to have experience of managing Commercial projects.
  • A detailed knowledge of relevant contract conditions, including JCT
  • Up to date relevant knowledge of building legislation and construction industry.
  • A full successful track record in leading financial management and cost control on projects.
  • Chartered, preferably through RICS

About the salary:

  • Up to 85,000
