Site Manager - City of London

Our client is a commercial fit out contractor that works on projects across London and deals with very exclusive clients.

They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to work on a 15m Commercial Office Fitout project in Canary Wharf. This project is expected to run until November 2025 with a requirement for someone that is happy to work overtime and weekends as needed.

The ideal Site Manager will have:

• Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Site Manager on office fit out projects with values exceeding 10m
• Experience working in live environments
• Proven history of managing teams of trades and labour, ensuring productivity and compliance with safety regulations
• Excellent computer skills and familiar with MS Project, Excel and Office
• Excellent written English and paperwork skills
• Proficient in coding, coordinating, and scheduling tasks alongside other trades.
• Flexible in adapting to change and skilled at handling stress in demanding situations.
• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS
• NVQ Level 3 Trade background

Job details:

• Start date: ASAP
• Location: City of London, Canary Wharf
• Standard Hours: Mon-Fri 7am to 4pm
• Salary: 280 to 300 per day
• OT + weekends (paid at 1.5x)
