Our client is a reputable construction company who are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a project based in Paddington

The role requires a Site Manager for an office refurbishment. Main scope of work will consist of strip out, refurb and fit out.

Skills and Requirements:

• Valid Black CSCS Card
• Valid SMSTS and First Aid qualification
• Proven experience as a Site Manager on a similar project
• Ideally experience working on projects in the value of 800K - 2m.
• Experience working on commercial projects
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Working references - essential
• Will be required to interview with the client
