Site Manager Cat A & B Fit Out London Fit Out Contractor Permanent

We are working with a well-established fit out contractor who specialise in delivering high-quality Cat A & B commercial fit out projects across London. With a strong pipeline of secured schemes, they are now looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead and manage projects on site.

The Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of fit out projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You ll oversee site teams, subcontractors, and coordinate with clients and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily site operations across Cat A & B fit out projects.

  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards.

  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate site teams and subcontractors.

  • Monitor project progress against programme and proactively resolve issues.

  • Ensure high standards of workmanship and adherence to design specifications.

  • Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within fit out or refurbishment projects.

  • Strong knowledge of Cat A & B office fit out works.

  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

  • Experience managing subcontractors and multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Proactive, hands-on, and solution-focused approach.
