The Role: We're looking for a skilled professional with a proven track record in Building Physics and Operational Energy. Key responsibilities include: Delivering building physics services, including thermal modelling, daylight analysis, and energy assessments. Providing expertise in NABERS, Design for Performance, TM54 Assessments and Operational Energy strategies. Collaborating with architects and design teams to integrate sustainable practices into projects. Leading technical delivery and quality assurance on multiple projects. Supporting and mentoring junior team members and contributing to knowledge-sharing initiatives. About You: Experience: Minimum 4+ years in Building Physics or Sustainability Consulting. Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools such as IES-VE, EDSL-TAS, DesignBuilder for modelling and analysis. Expertise: Demonstrated experience with NABERS, Design for Performance, TM54 Assessments and Operational Energy strategies. Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with architects, engineers, and clients.
