This year, they have acquired a new project every week since the start of the year, meaning they are in a significant period of growth. As a result, they are looking to add to their dynamic team with this fantastic opportunity.In this role, you will take on a number of responsibilities, primarily working from the office but occasionally visiting sites inside and outside the city. You will be responsible for preparing tender documents and managing the process, including the design marking schemes. One of your main responsibilities will be the successful management of cost plans, where you will develop, monitor, and control project budgets, ensuring they remain within financial constraints and providing cost-effective solutions throughout the lifecycle. Additionally, you will liaise with customers to continue developing, growing, and maintaining relationships, which will help identify new business development opportunities.The ideal candidate will be an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor with previous consultancy experience who is looking to advance their career.
