A dynamic, leading global Construction Consultancy is currently seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Construction Project Manager to join their dynamic team in London.

They are looking for an individual who brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record in leading large-scale construction projects to successful completion.

The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

The Senior Construction Project Manager will be actively engaged in large scale, multi-storey Commercial projects ranging in value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage diverse construction projects, with a focus on meeting client requirements, project timelines, and budget constraints.
• Provide strategic direction and oversight throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
• Implement risk management strategies and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Professional accreditation such as MRICS, CIOB, or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a construction project management role, preferably within a consultancy environment.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
