Key Responsibilities - behaviour Manager - Brent
- Oversee and manage the behaviour of students across the school, ensuring a positive and safe learning environment.
- Develop and implement behaviour management strategies tailored to individual students' needs.
- Lead a team of Behaviour Mentors and Learning Support Assistants to ensure consistency in approach and delivery.
- Work closely with the SENCO and senior leadership team to create and monitor personalised behaviour plans.
- Provide support to staff in managing challenging behaviour and offer advice on de-escalation techniques.
- Liaise with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure holistic support for students.
- Monitor and track students' progress, regularly reviewing behaviour plans and adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Promote positive behaviour and help students build essential social and emotional skills for success.

- Experience working with external agencies and creating behaviour plans.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and use initiative in difficult situations.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
