Tradewind Recruitment are working with a high-performing 3-form entry primary school in Ealing, easily accessible via the Central and Elizabeth lines, who are seeking a passionate and proactive Early Years Practitioner to join their team ASAP, for the full academic year.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the early stages of children's education while becoming part of a supportive and inclusive school community. The school is a Catholic School, so the ideal candidate would be comfortable teaching RE.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

• Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework

• Provide a nurturing, safe and stimulating environment

• Work closely with teachers and colleagues to plan engaging activities

• Encourage independence, social skills, and curiosity in young learners

• Communicate effectively with children, staff, and parents

We are looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience within EYFS (nursery or reception)

• Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification (preferred)

• Brings a proactive, positive and caring attitude

• Is enthusiastic about supporting children at the very start of their learning journey
