Early Years Practitioner - Ealing

Daily rate 15.00 per hour

The chosen candidate will be part of the toddler room and responsible for :

  • Planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities for children in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
  • Creating a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
  • Collaborating with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's learning journey
  • Maintaining accurate records of children's progress and development
  • Assisting with daily routines such as meal times, nappy changing, and rest periods
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for all children

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • A Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare
  • Health & Safety and safeguarding practices
  • Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting i.e. a nursery or a primary school setting
  • Knowledge of the EYFS framework and its implementation
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Patience, empathy, and understanding of the needs of young children
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
