About the Role

ANZUK is seeking reliable, well-organised, and technically proficient Exam Invigilators to join the team as we approach closer to exams period. This is a key administrative position, vital to the smooth running of all internal and external examinations.

The successful candidate will:

• Be calm under pressure and meticulous in their approach

• Bring experience across Key Stages 3 to 5

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the full examination cycle for internal and external exams

• Ensure full compliance with JCQ regulations and awarding body requirements

• Maintain the integrity of all exam processes and proactively safeguard against malpractice

• Provide clear communication and support to staff and students throughout the exam period

• Support the Head of Centre with regulatory and administrative requirements

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience as an Exams Invigilator or in a similar role

• Demonstrates excellent organisational and IT skills

• Is proactive, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality

• Thrives in a collaborative school environment

• Has a strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
