As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of students. Your responsibilities will include providing one-on-one support for students with SEN, help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment, and assisting the class teacher with various tasks. In this role you'll be working on a 1:1 basis with a child in year with autism.To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience working with primary-aged students and a good understanding of SEN. You should possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to build effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.The role as a Learning Support Assistant
