Reception Teacher Ealing Full Time September 2025 Start MPS/UPS (Dependent on Experience)

An exceptional two-form entry primary school in Ealing, rated Outstanding by Ofsted, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Reception Teacher to join their Early Years team from September 2025. This is a full-time position, offering an exciting opportunity to work in a highly supportive, well-resourced, and forward-thinking setting where early years education is truly valued.

The successful candidate will be joining a strong, collaborative EYFS team and will benefit from shared planning, a creative curriculum, and excellent professional development. This role is open to both experienced teachers and confident ECTs who are passionate about creating meaningful early learning experiences.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Has experience teaching in Reception or within EYFS (or strong placements for ECTs)

  • Demonstrates thorough understanding of the EYFS Framework and early assessment

  • Uses a creative, play-based approach to engage and inspire young learners

  • Has strong classroom management and excellent communication skills

  • Is reflective, proactive, and committed to providing the highest standards of teaching and care

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a rich, engaging and developmentally appropriate curriculum in Reception

  • Work collaboratively with the parallel class teacher and support staff

  • Use formative assessment and observation to track progress and inform planning

  • Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues

  • Contribute to the wider life of the school and the ongoing development of the EYFS provision
