About the Role:

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Working with small groups or 1:1 with pupils to boost confidence and learning
• Assisting with classroom management and organisation
• Helping create a nurturing, inclusive environment for all learners

What We're Looking For:

• A caring, proactive individual with a genuine interest in education
• Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A patient, positive attitude with a willingness to learn
