Teaching Assistant - Behaviour Support (Ealing Secondary School) Location: Ealing, West London Pay: 90 - 100 per day Contract: Full Academic Year (September 2025 - July 2026)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work 1:1 or in small groups with students presenting behavioural challenges
  • Implement behaviour management strategies in line with school policies
  • Support the class teacher in managing classroom behaviour
  • Monitor and report on student progress and behaviour
  • Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students

The Ideal Teaching Assistant Will:

  • Have experience working with secondary-aged students
  • Be confident in managing behaviour in a school setting
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be reliable, flexible, and committed to supporting learning and development
  • Be available full-time from September 2025
