Teaching Assistant

Overview We are seeking a enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our school. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with children and have a BA University Degree from Uk or Overseas University. Previous experience working with children would be desirable.

Starting Salary: 22,000- 23,000pa + 12 weeks paid holidays, excellent further training and career progression opportunities will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher in delivering engaging lessons and learning activities tailored to the needs of students.
• Provide one-on-one support to children, ensuring they are included in all classroom activities.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and promote positive interactions among students.
• Support children during playtime and other activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to foster a collaborative learning environment.
• Prepare learning materials and resources as directed by the teacher.
