Flexible Teaching Assistant Roles - Primary Schools in South West London Location: Primary Schools across the London Boroughs of Kingston and Richmond Start Date: September 2025

Are you looking for a flexible, rewarding role that fits around your schedule? Whether you're available one day a week or five, we are looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our team this September and support primary schools across Kingston and Richmond.

This is the perfect opportunity for anyone who wants to work with children while maintaining control over their own timetable. Whether you're gaining experience, returning to education, or looking for consistent TA work-you choose when and where you work.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting teachers across various primary year groups in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons

  • Assisting with classroom routines and providing one-to-one or small group support

  • Helping to prepare learning materials and support classroom organisation

  • Promoting positive behaviour and creating a nurturing learning environment

  • Supporting pupils with additional needs when required

  • Contributing to the smooth running of the school day

We'd Love to Hear From You If You Are:

  • Friendly, proactive, and reliable

  • Patient and adaptable when working with children aged 4-11

  • Comfortable working as part of a team and under teacher direction

  • Available at least one day per week, or more if preferred

  • In possession of, or willing to apply for, an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
