Year 1 Class Teacher - Ealing Full Time September 2025 Start 36,413 - 48,532 (M1-M6 Outer London)

SANZA Teaching Agency is assisting a well-established primary school in Ealing, which is seeking a Year 1 Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This is a full-time role for the academic year, with the possibility of extension.

The school welcomes applications from experienced teachers and confident Early Career Teachers (ECTs) with a solid understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.

The Role
  • Full-time teaching position in Year 1, starting September 2025

  • Delivering the Key Stage 1 curriculum with a focus on phonics, literacy, and numeracy

  • Working in partnership with the parallel class teacher and phase leader to ensure continuity and consistency

  • Supporting end-of-year assessments and monitoring pupil progress

  • Salary: 36,413 - 48,532 (Outer London M1-M6, based on experience)

Candidate Profile
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Recent or relevant experience teaching in Key Stage 1, ideally Year 1

  • Strong understanding of early literacy, phonics, and numeracy instruction

  • Organised and skilled in planning engaging, effective lessons

  • Committed to maintaining high standards of learning and behaviour
