MK-Search have partnered with a leading M&E contractor with a turnover of circa 400m and a strong presence delivering notable high value engineering schemes across London, the UK and mainland Europe who are looking for a commissioning manager to join their team on a 90m M&E mixed use commercial project in Central London. Reporting to a group commissioning lead, you will act as a senior member of this flagship project with an involvement from a very early stage, tasked with developing and implenting a commissioning strategy across the campus through to PC. You will have a direct team of commissioning engineers and also external consultancies

Completing logbooks and RAMS Reports Attending client meetings Liaising with client representatives in respect of corrective repair works. Permits to work Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary. Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods. Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements. Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations. Carry out and manage planned preventative maintenance across HV and LV systems, UPS, Generators, associated plant and equipment, HVAC cooling / heating systems covering CRAC units. Monitor BMS and other systems for running and alarm conditions
