Are you a Structural Engineer with 7+ years' experience and ready to step into a leadership role?

Responsibilities:

• Leading and mentoring a team of engineers
• Overseeing project delivery and ensuring high technical standards
• Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development
• Supporting financial and resource management across projects

About you:

• A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Chartered status (CEng MIStructE or MICE)
• Proven leadership, technical, and client-facing experience
