Attention all BIM Managers!

Here at Blueprint Recruitment we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and skilled BIM Manager to join an international Consultancy!

The successful candidate will work in a permanent position, on a 60-70,000 annual salary, on a hybrid basis in London. Our client is a multidisciplinary design Consultancy, focused on delivering outstanding solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans aligned with client needs and best practices.

-Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to define BIM goals and workflows.

-Support project teams in using BIM tools like Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.

-Lead BIM coordination meetings, clash detection, and model reviews to resolve design issues.

-Oversee BIM model creation, management, and deliverables per BEP and project timelines.

Key Requirements:

-Proven BIM management experience in the AEC industry, ideally on large, complex, multi-disciplinary projects.

-Skilled in setting up BIM projects, standards, and execution plans.

-Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360.

-Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

-Relevant qualifications in architecture, engineering, or similar fields preferred.

-Experience with Dynamo, Python or C#, and Revit API for tool development.

-Familiarity with Ideate, Speckle, Power BI for data-driven model insights.
