The civil engineering team is small but ambitious, supported by a large, experienced structural team. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of exciting projects while developing skills in a supportive environment.
About the Role The company is looking for a talented Civil Engineer with 2 3 years experience to join the civil engineering team. The role involves working under senior guidance on detailed design projects including:

Residential developments

Healthcare and commercial buildings

High-end private dwellings, including luxury basements
The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience across multiple sectors, building technical knowledge and working closely with other disciplines.
Key Requirements

ICE-accredited degree in Civil Engineering
-
2 3 years experience in civil engineering design

Familiarity with Civil 3D or Site 3D , and MicroDrainage or Flow

Some experience in:

Below-ground drainage design (including SuDS)

Drainage Statements & Flood Risk Assessments

Private roads & vehicle tracking
-
Liaison with local authorities for drainage/highway approvals

Strong organisational and communication skills

A collaborative approach and willingness to learn

Ideally working towards ICE chartership
