Mobile Electrical Building Services Engineer required to cover West London area, to 47k plus plenty of overtime and great benefits.

Our client is a leading technical services provider who specialises in High profile Commercial Buildings Nationwide. Due to contract awards they are looking for a Mobile Multi Skilled HVAC / Building Services Engineer to cover a number of sites in the West London area.

Role

• Planned Maintenance on Electrical and HVAC plant, undertaking reactives and PPM's in a range of High End Commercial buildings.
• Conduct site walk rounds and complete reports.
• AHU's, FCU's
• Checking UPS systems
• Checking / repairing lighting / lamps / LED's/ ballasts etc
• Checking Air Conditioning / Chiller Systems
• Checking boilers / heating systems
• Conduct tap and temperature tests
• Changing belts / pumps etc
• Changing / cleaning filters
• Minor alterations to BMS set points.

Location

Covering a number of Commercial properties in the general West London area.

Experience required

• Electrical /HVAC Building services / facilities maintenance background.
• Electrical qualifications beneficial - such as NVQ City & Guilds Level 2/3 along with 18th Edition and Testing & Inspection but not essential, solid experience as a Maintenance Engineer is key.
• Understanding of Electrical / HVAC PPM's, plant maintenance in a commercial environment (Not domestic or install).
• Must be smart and presentable, have excellent communication skills and be client facing as you will be interacting with the client on sites on a daily basis.
• Ideal candidate will live in or around West / South West or North West London area.

Salary / benefits

• Competitive salary to 47k based on 38hrs Mon - Fri
• Good overtime rates including time & half and double time.
